Job summary

Franciscan Health Lafayette East Campus in Lafayette, IN is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, and implement individualized care plans. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes in a faith-based setting.

The role supports typical 1:1 patient ratios, with 1.0 day shifts (4–10 hour days or 5/ hour shifts per week) and weekly call rotations. RN licensure, BLS, ACLS as required by unit, and unit-specific certifications may apply.

Qualifications

• Required Associate’s Degree Nursing/Patient Care.
• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree Nursing.
• RN registered in state licensing board.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP required if unit requires.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assessment.
• Develop and implement care plans and reassess regularly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Participate in call rotation and shift coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS
