Qualifications

• Must hold a State of Iowa RN license.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health, monitor vital signs, and craft individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments with proper documentation.
• Provide direct nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management.
• Coordinate with physicians and families to optimize resident care.
• Supervise CNAs and other staff, providing guidance and training.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and infection control protocols.
• Offer emotional support and education to residents and families.
