Crestwood Center in Milford, NH is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in a full-time role. You will work under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.

The position offers 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm shifts, a sign-on bonus of $5,000, and benefits including up to 25% more pay in lieu of benefits. Grow with a supportive facility focused on excellence and patient care.

Qualifikationen

• ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term/post-acute/geriatric care preferred.
• English language proficiency for documentation and communication.
• Ability to meet health screening requirements.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision to achieve positive outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments and develop individualized care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs as appropriate.
• Ensure accurate real-time documentation and safe discharge planning.
• Mentor new staff and contribute to clinical improvement initiatives.
