Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Maine.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred.
• Ability to assess, plan, and monitor patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and document medical information.
• Provide wound care and perform nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
• Supervise and guide LPNs and CNAs in care delivery.
