Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Yarmouth, ME is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess residents, develop and implement care plans, and administer medications with a patient-centered approach.

This full-time role offers base pay of about $41.44–$42.56 per hour with differentials up to $51.56/hour. A comprehensive benefits package, sign-on bonus, training, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN license.
• Experience with elderly/chronically ill patients beneficial.
• Ability to work with LPNs and CNAs in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and document medical information.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Oversee and guide LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.
