Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Yarmouth, ME is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to deliver comprehensive care.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in a supportive environment. We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay with strong shift differentials, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid state RN license.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Ability to work with elderly and chronically ill patients.
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information.
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Overseeing and guiding LPNs and CNAs in delivering quality care.
