Job summary

Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 4 North Medical Nursing Unit. The RN will use the nursing process, delegate tasks, supervise staff, coordinate patient care, and consult with the health care team as needed.

Candidates must provide proof of required degrees/certifications at interview time. WV RN licensure is required; CPR must be kept current, and CEUs maintained. A bachelor's degree is preferred, with one year of experience encouraged.

The Registered Professional Nurse is accountable for using the nursing process, delegating patient care tasks, supervision of other patient care staff, coordinating the care for a group of patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated.

Candidates interviewed for this role will beasked to present proof ofrequired degrees, certificates and/or certificationsat the time of the interview. Candidates unwilling or unable to provide said documentation will not be considered.

The shift will be determined by each hiring manager. The pay rate will be determined in accordance with the labor agreement.
