Job summary

Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for 4 South Tower. The nurse will be accountable for using the nursing process, delegating tasks, supervising patient care staff, and coordinating care for a group of patients while consulting with the health care team when indicated.

Shift determined by each hiring manager and pay rate set in accordance with the labor agreement. BSN preferred and specialty certifications are welcomed as a plus.

Qualifications

• ASN/Diploma in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current WV RN license required.
• Maintains CEUs for licensure.
• Must maintain CPR.
• Specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate tasks to other patient care staff and supervise as needed.
• Coordinate care for a group of patients and consult with health team members.
