Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 3 West Cardiac Tele/Post-Angio unit at our North Naples campus. This role provides direct nursing care, plans and evaluates care using standards and policies, and participates in teaching and leadership activities with minimal supervision.

The position requires Florida RN or APRN licensure, BLS certification, and computer literacy. New graduates may enter the RN Residency Program.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse or APRN in Florida.
• BLS certification required from Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• New-to-practice RNs invited to RN Residency Program.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows.

Responsibilities

• Develops plan that includes strategies to attain expected outcomes.
• Implements the plan of care and medical plan of care as appropriate.
• Coordinates care delivery across the inter-professional team.
• Provides patient teaching to promote health and safety.
• Engages in quality improvement activities and SDM as applicable.
• Demonstrates professional leadership and ethical practice.
