Job summary

UCLA Health in Santa Monica, CA is seeking an experienced RN to join the 3NW Orthopedics team. You will provide skilled nursing care, supervise interventions, and support a coordinated plan of care for patients undergoing orthopedic treatment.

Applicants must hold a California RN license with BSN or MSN, and BLS certification. Two years of Med/Surg or Tele RN experience are required, Orthopedic RN experience preferred; official transcripts are required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Current valid California RN license, required.
• BSN or MSN, required.
• 2 years of Med Surg/Tele RN experience, required; Orthopedic RN experience, preferred.
• BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, required.
• Skill in implementing appropriate nursing interventions on a consistent basis.
• Ability to perform historical, physical and behavioral patient assessments.
• Ability to develop and implement and evaluate patient care plan actively involving patients, family, and staff.
• Official transcripts and/or original diploma from a registered nursing program must be provided upon hire.
