Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Fitchburg invites experienced Registered Nurses to join a compassionate team focused on patient-centered rehabilitation. You will provide individualized, evidence-based care to help patients regain independence and return home.

Work with a supportive multidisciplinary team using advanced rehabilitation technologies, foster family engagement, and participate in ongoing growth opportunities at a national leader in post-acute care.

Qualifications

• RN license required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to coordinate care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
