Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team in Wisconsin. You will supervise care, assess patients, and tailor care plans to support individualized recovery in a modern inpatient setting.

Ideal candidates hold a state RN license, CPR certification, and have experience in rehab hospitals; CRRN certification is a plus. We value compassionate care and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
