Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH, seeks a Registered Nurse for the 4G Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit on the night shift. You will provide individualized care, perform assessments, administer meds, and coordinate with physicians.

You’ll work in a 32–38 bed unit with a 5:1–6:1 RN-to-patient ratio, supported by educators and clinical leaders. NH RN license, BLS required; ACLS/NRP/PALS preferred; BSN encouraged.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license current in NH.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS/NRP/PALS preferred.
  • BSN is preferred; 0–1 year of clinical nursing experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
  • Document and communicate changes in patient condition.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for care planning.
