Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license with at least 1 year of nursing experience.
• BSN license preferred.
• CARN or Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing credentialing preferred or actively pursuing credentialing.
• Adult CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and administer medications as prescribed.
• Assist with intake/admissions and collect vitals and samples as needed.
• Perform assessments and specimen collection, including phlebotomy.
• Provide counseling on health-related topics.
• Report changes in condition to the provider or supervisor; document care.
• Maintain clear, complete patient records and documentation.
