Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy team at Winchester Hospital in Woburn, MA. The role is 30 hours per week, Day shift, full-time equivalent, with responsibilities including patient assessments, medication administration, and therapy evaluations to optimize outcomes.

The candidate must be a graduate of an approved RN program, hold a Massachusetts RN license, and preferably have BSN. Prior unit-specific experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program.
• BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patient progress and evaluate therapies for outcomes and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to develop an optimal care plan for each patient.
• Support and educate patients and their families to achieve maximum outcomes.
