The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status, identifying actual and potential health concerns
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using evidence-based practices

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred at time of hire

Education Requirements

• RNs hired without a BSN must obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire

Certification Requirements

• Professional nursing board certification preferred at hire
• Required within 2 years of hire (or when eligible, if eligibility requires more than 2 years of experience)
