Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. This role focuses on improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and strong clinical judgment. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status, identifying actual and potential health concerns

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) required at the time of hire
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• RNs hired without a BSN must obtain a BSN within 3 years of hire

Licensure & Certifications

• Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Professional nursing board certification preferred at hire
• Professional nursing board certification - Required within 2 years of hire (or when eligible, if eligibility requires more than 2 years of experience)
