Arcadia Care in Illinois is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for 2nd shift FT to deliver high-quality care in a collaborative team setting. Salary ranges $40-$45/hour.

We foster growth, training and development and a supportive leadership culture. Responsibilities include resident assessments, care plan development with other healthcare professionals, IDT coordination, CNAs supervision, and ensuring compliance with IDPH/CMS.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication.
• Exemplary leadership skills.

Responsibilities
