Job summary

Arcadia Care in Illinois is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative, team-based environment. The role requires an active IL RN license and LTC experience is preferred.

Compensation includes an hourly range of $40–$45, with growth, training and supportive leadership. You will assess residents, develop care plans with the care team, coordinate with IDT to optimize outcomes, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS.
