Job Responsibilities:

  1. Render professional nursing care to assigned patients, collaborating with the medical team.
  2. Perform assessments, develop care plans, and execute interventions including medication administration and treatments.
  3. Document care and monitor patient conditions, communicating effectively with the care team, patients, and families.
  4. Assist with activities of daily living and coordinate care, discharge, and referrals.
  5. Educate patients and families, advocate for patient well-being, and supervise staff as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Current RN license in NC or multi-state license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 4 months of hire.
  • 1-3 years of recent acute care experience preferred.
