Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility. The facility is licensed for 80 beds and currently operates with 74 beds, including Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, and LTC residents.

This is an initial 13-week contract with potential for extension based on performance. Shift: Days, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week; Overtime: Available; Charting: My Unity / NetSmart; Units:

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, medication administration, documentation, and resident-care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a long-term care environment.
• Flexible with scheduling, weekends, and facility needs.
• Compliance with attendance and safety policies.
