Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time daytime role. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualifying full-time hires. All positions involve 12-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday with no weekends, plus an optional weekend schedule at enhanced pay and a night option with time-and-a-half.

A shift differential is offered. As a Registered Nurse, you will supervise care, assess patients, tailor plans, and coordinate with multiple departments

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year or more of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by patients.
