Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time position in Missouri. The role includes 12-hour day shifts, with a weekend program option and a sign-on bonus of $10,000. Weekend options offer day or night shifts with premium pay.

Shift differential is available. Benefits start on day one and opportunities for professional growth are highlighted. The successful candidate will supervise care, assess patients, collaborate across departments, and provide direct patient care as needed

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure in state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments; tailor care plans; address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff; support them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
