Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments and lead patient assessments to tailor care plans.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Provide direct patient care when needed and support colleagues with complex needs.
• Build relationships with patients and families to support recovery milestones.
• Contribute to achieving rehabilitation goals through compassionate care.
