Job summary
Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs and a new wage structure with 12-hour shifts, plus same-day pay.
Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available across day, evening, and night shifts. New grads are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program.
- Current, active Tennessee RN license.
- Current CPR certification preferred.
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Leadership abilities and a commitment to quality resident care.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to nursing.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans with the team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately.
- Recognize and respond to changes in resident condition and communicate with physicians.
