Regency Hospital Company in Macon, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM). A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered along with a compensation range of $40.00 to $53.87 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the relevant state.
• BLS certification required at start of employment.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the patient record.
• Coordinate admissions and transfers to the unit.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data to inform care decisions.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Respond to rapid response and code events.
• Educate and counsel patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
