Job Description
The Staff Development Coordinator provides, plans, coordinates, and manages orientation and in-service education for facility employees. The coordinator also takes on the role of the Infection Prevention/Control Coordinator and is responsible for designing systems and approving actions to prevent/control and monitor reports of infections and/or potential infections among residents and staff.
