BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team for private duty care.

The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care across pediatric to geriatric clients, with emphasis on documentation, adherence to orders, and home-based visits. We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, per diem), multiple shifts, and a strong benefits package.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state.

• Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose.

Position Highlights:

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

• Available shifts:


• Day shift: Mondays & Tuesdays, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM


• Overnight shift: Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, 9:00 PM–7:00 AM

*Although this is an adult client, they have a very small stature and are physically more comparable to a pediatric patient than a typical adult.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma


• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
