Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. Somerset County is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide pediatric and adult 1:1 care in clients' homes. You will travel to a home near you, follow doctors’ orders, perform assessments, and document care provided with compassion and reliability.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Travel to a client home for care on a schedule you choose.

• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay up to [$23-$33/hr] based on qualifications, shift preference, and complexity of care
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
