BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team for private duty home care. You will provide one-on-one care to a single client, perform assessments, follow doctors' orders, and document observations in the chart.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, per diem), and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, 401(k), life insurance, and EAP.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to client homes and provide private duty nursing
• Follow doctors' orders and perform assessments
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Care for adult and pediatric clients as appropriate

Position Highlights:

• Day shift: Mondays & Tuesdays, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Overnight shift: Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, 9:00 PM–7:00 AM

*Although this is an adult client, they have a very small stature and are physically more comparable to a pediatric patient than a typical adult.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (full-time, part-time, per diem)
