Job summary

Suma Home Care is seeking compassionate Pediatric Nurses to trade hospital chaos for the calm of a child’s bedroom, while maintaining high clinical complexity. Your clinical judgment will guide care decisions in a home setting with real family involvement.

You will provide one-on-one in-home pediatric care, support families, and collaborate with physicians to implement plans. Training is provided for vents, trachs, and G-tubes.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania is required.
• Pediatric experience is highly preferred; extensive training available.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Ability to work independently and apply critical thinking in home-care settings.
• Compassionate, steady and patient-centered approach.

What You Bring to the Table

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Pediatric experience is highly preferred. (New Grads with a strong med/surg clinical rotation and a passion for peds are encouraged to apply! We provide extensive training.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• A desire to work independently and utilise your critical thinking skills.

• A compassionate heart and a steady hand.
