Suma Home Care seeks skilled Pediatric Nurses ready to trade the hospital for the calm of a child’s bedroom without sacrificing clinical complexity. You will care for children with complex needs, including technology dependence, in family homes.

Training is provided for vents, trachs, and G-tubes, and you will partner with families and physicians to create feasible plans that bring peace of mind to parents.

Competenze

• Active RN or LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new grads with a strong med/surg rotation encouraged.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Ability to work independently and use critical thinking.
• Compassionate, steady demeanor and patient-centered approach.

Mansioni

• Provide pediatric home care in clients' homes with clinical complexity.
• Coordinate care plans with families, physicians, and caregivers.
• Monitor patients, administer treatments, and ensure safety in home settings.

What You Bring to the Table

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Pediatric experience is highly preferred. (New Grads with a strong med/surg clinical rotation and a passion for peds are encouraged to apply! We provide extensive training.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• A desire to work independently and utilise your critical thinking skills.

• A compassionate heart and a steady hand.
