Job summary

Suma Home Care, Inc. is seeking compassionate Pediatric Nurses to deliver one-on-one in-home care to medically complex children in the Williamsport, PA area. You’ll work closely with families and physicians to implement care plans in the home setting, including tracheostomy and vent support.

Ideal candidates bring active PA licensure, pediatric experience, and CPR/BLS certification, with a passion for building strong family relationships and providing peace of mind.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Pediatric experience highly preferred; strong med/surg rotation ok.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Desire to work independently with strong critical thinking.
• Compassionate, steady presence with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home care in clients' homes.
• Collaborate with physicians and families on care plans.
• Manage complex needs including tracheostomy, vents, and G-tubes.
• Document care and ensure patient safety during visits.

What You Bring to the Table

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Pediatric experience is highly preferred. (New Grads with a strong med/surg clinical rotation and a passion for peds are encouraged to apply! We provide extensive training.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• A desire to work independently and utilise your critical thinking skills.
