Job summary

Troy Manor in Troy, Missouri is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The role focuses on delivering compassionate nursing care on weekends, administering medications, assisting physicians, and coordinating with the care team to ensure patient comfort and safety.

The RN will monitor vital signs, document observations, support discharge planning, and participate in unit management as needed.

Qualifications

• RN Experience: 1 year preferred.
• RN Licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.

• Prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.

• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).
• Records on patient charts observation of patient's responses to nursing care rendered.
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
