Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administer and document medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepare for and assist Physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforce health care instructions to patients and families.
• Collaborate with team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
• Observe and report vital signs and patients' status to the team.
• Document observations in patient charts.
• Maintain safe and comfortable environment for patients.
• Assist with unit management or assume charge as assigned.
