Job summary

The Village at Gleannloch Farms is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our overnight team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise CNAs, and help ensure exemplary care through accurate assessments and updated care plans.

Starting pay is $35-$40 per hour with full-time shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license or compact state license.
• Overnight shift availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician's orders.
• Delegate and supervise nursing care by CNAs.
• Assess resident changes and update care plans and re-assessments.
• Document daily reports to Director of Clinical Services.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines and ensure standards of practice.
• Maintain confidentiality and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

The Village at Gleannloch Farms is recruiting for a hospitality focused Registered Nurse to join our overnight team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Certified Nursing Assistants.

Salary: Starting at $35-$40 / hour

Shifts Available: Full-Time

10:00PM to 6:00AM

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Be responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Clinical Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
• Possess current nursing license valid in the State of Texas or compact state. (Required)
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
• Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
• Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
