Job summary

Oak View Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within our facility. You will monitor conditions, interpret symptoms, and work with physicians and nursing staff to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• RN license is required.
• Experience preferred but new grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess needs to provide the best care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, injections, etc.) and fill in patient charts.
• Adjust and administer medications and provide treatments according to physician orders.
