Job summary

Compass Post Acute Rehabilitation in Conway, SC is seeking compassionate registered nurses to join our bedside team. You will provide quality patient care, monitor conditions, and collaborate with physicians to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Experience preferred but new grads welcomed.
• Ability to work well in a clinical team and adapt to care needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and assess needs to provide optimal care.
• Observe and interpret symptoms and communicate findings to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures (e.g., BP, injections) and maintain patient charts.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.

Duties:

• Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts
• Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders

Qualifications:

• RN License is required
• Prior experience preferred but new grads are welcomed!
