Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care in an ambulatory pediatric setting in Marshall County. The RN will collaborate with physicians to implement care plans and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN, diploma, or BSN) required.
• Current Indiana RN license or active license from another state with endorsement in progress.
• CPR certification required upon hire or within 60 days of employment.
• Minimum six months of ambulatory care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

• The Registered Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care in an ambulatory setting, addressing the comprehensive needs of a diverse patient population. The RN collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement appropriate nursing interventions and patient education aligned with the overall plan of care.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN, diploma, or BSN)

Licensure:

• Current Indiana RN license or active RN license from another state with endorsement in progress
• CPR certification required upon hire or within 60 days

Experience:

• Minimum of six months of recent experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred
• Experience across multiple clinical areas is also preferred
