Job summary

The Center at Lincoln in Parker, CO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts to provide direct, resident-centered care and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, document observations, assist with admissions and discharges, educate families on care plans, and ensure compliance with long-term care regulations while maintaining professional communication.

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Monitoring resident health, documenting observations, and responding to changes in condition.
• Educating residents and families on care plans.
• Ensuring rooms are ready for new admissions and participating in orientation.
