Job summary

National Health Care Associates, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of residents at our Marlborough facility.

You will assess conditions, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. The role involves leading and coordinating care with LPNs and CNAs in a supportive, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Interest in nursing needs of the aged with ability to work with both.
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical information.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery.

What You’ll Do:

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
• Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery
• Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care

Rate of Pay

USD $40.00 - USD $46.00 /Hr.
