Job summary

The Reservoir Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Marlborough, MA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and collaborate with the nursing team to support high-quality care.

Must hold an active Massachusetts CNA license. The role includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive pay range of $20.50–$24.25 per hour, with opportunities for training, growth, and a supportive

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts CNA license required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant with excellent communication and empathy.
• Experience in elder care or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to our residents. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor their health, provide emotional support, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

Rate of Pay
