Job summary

Wingate Residences at Silver Lake is seeking an RN for an Assisted Living program. The Resident Care Nurse assists in coordinating assessments and service plans, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with state and federal guidelines. Supervises CNAs under the Resident Care Director.

Job Purpose:

The Resident Care Nurse assists the Resident Care Director with the coordination of assessments and service plans ensuring that care is delivered with the highest quality. The Wellness Nurse will assist with all aspects of compliance with all state and federal guidelines.

Position Requirements

• RN license in the state of facility required.
• Minimum 5 year' experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
• Experience with geriatric care desired.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations required.

Supervision of Others:

Assists Resident Care Director with supervision of C.N.A staff.
