Wingate Residences at Needham in Needham, MA seeks an RN -- Assisted Living to support the Resident Care Director with assessments and service plans, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with all state and federal guidelines.The Wellness Nurse will supervise CNAs and help maintain regulatory standards while delivering compassionate geriatric care in a welcoming senior living community.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of facility required.
• Minimum 5 year' experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
• Experience with geriatric care desired.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations required.

JOB PURPOSE:
