RN PCCU Full-time Nights

St. Mary's Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK is seeking a highly skilled Acute Care RN to provide exceptional care to diverse patient populations in our 229-bed acute care hospital.

Position Summary:

• The RN performs caregiving, decision‑making, advocacy, management, rehabilitation, comfort, communication, and teaching.
• Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care through the nursing process.
• Adherence to Standards of Practice of professional nursing associations.
• Promotion of patient dignity and quality of care.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Involve patient and family psychosocial, spiritual, emotional and diversity needs in care assessment.
• Construct and implement nursing plans integrating direct and indirect patient care activities.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary plan implementation for assigned patients.
• Develop goals, treatment plans and discharge plans tailored to patient/family needs.
• Collaborate with patient’s care partner to meet educational, physical, psychological and spiritual needs.
