Job summary

Serenity Hospice is seeking a compassionate On-Call Registered Nurse to join our Bethlehem Allentown Macungie team. The role provides after-hours nursing care to patients and families, with a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule to balance work and life.

Active PA RN license required with at least 1 year of nursing experience; hospice experience preferred. We offer a 3,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, benefits, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive interdisciplinary team.

We’re looking for a compassionate and confident Registered Nurse to join our On-call hospice team. This position offers a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a predictable schedule and valuable time away from work.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Active Pennsylvania RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Hospice experience preferred
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-centered approach and genuine compassion for others
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected to the care team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
