Job summary

Serenity Hospice PA in Lancaster, PA seeks a compassionate RN to provide patient-centered hospice care for patients and families. You’ll collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life during a critical time.

The role emphasizes a consistent Fri–Sun schedule from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM with four days off weekly, plus mileage reimbursement, PTO, health benefits, and 401(k) enrollment.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Provide symptom management and comfort-focused care.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, disease progression, and hospice services.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their loved ones.
• Advocate for patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

YOUR ROLE

As an RN with Serenity Hospice PA, you’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting patients and their families during an incredibly important time in their lives.

You’ll work closely with physicians, caregivers, and our interdisciplinary team to ensure patients receive exceptional care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
