Caring Acres Nursing and Rehab Center in Anita, Iowa is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) for day or evening shifts (6a-6p or 6p-6a). This role provides leadership to the nursing team and direct patient care for residents.

You will oversee nursing operations, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, ensure accurate documentation, and participate in quality improvement while maintaining a safe, compassionate environment.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents

• Assist with medication management, wound care, and other specialized treatments as needed
