Job summary

ProVal Technologies is seeking an experienced RMM & Automation Consultant to own a book of MSP partners using NinjaOne and ConnectWise Automate. You will run monthly consulting calls, deliver projects, and help partners grow with automation-driven services.

The role is remote and full-time, focusing on building scripts, health checks, migrations, and integrations with PSA/workflows. Strong PowerShell and MSP operations knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with NinjaOne and ConnectWise Automate in an MSP or consulting environment.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Deep understanding of MSP operations, including patching, monitoring, endpoint management, and service desk workflows.
• Experience leading RMM migrations or large-scale rollouts.
• Excellent client-facing communication and the ability to juggle multiple partners and projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ProVal's subject matter expert on NinjaOne and ConnectWise Automate best practices and configuration standards.
• Own a portfolio of MSP partners: run monthly consulting calls, follow up in writing, and track action items in our PSA
• Lead RMM implementations, health checks, optimizations, and migrations, including Automate to NinjaOne
• Build scripts, policies, monitors, and automations, and integrate RMM with PSA, documentation, backup, security, and Rewst/API workflows
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and escalation support for complex partner environments
• Scope projects, estimate hours for SOWs, and build SOPs and repeatable implementaton frameworks
• Own partner retention: monitor partner health, handle escalations, and address risks before they lead to churn
• Spot growth opportunities such as new projects and service upsells, bring them to sales, and share partner feedback with leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Account management or customer success experience in an IT or MSP setting
• Experience with Rewst, Power Automate, or other MSP automation platforms
• Experience with HaloPSA, ConnectWise PSA, or Autotask, and exposure to other RMMs (Datto, N-able, Kaseya)
• Relevant certifications (NinjaOne, ConnectWise, or Microsoft) and a background in cybersecurity tooling

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
