Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer in Austin, TX to support RMF and ATO efforts for DoD/IC environments. The role requires coordinating with system owners and administrators to improve security posture across networks and systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, TS/SCI clearance, and hands-on expertise with NIST SP 800-53, RMF, and security documentation such as SSPs and A&A packages.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required to start.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology and/or information systems related discipline desired (will consider experience in lieu of degree).
• 5+ years of experience in information security and RMF/DoD/IC environments.

Responsibilities

• Harden information systems to meet required security levels.
• Provide A&A support and RMF guidance across the system authorization lifecycle.
• Generate security documentation in support of security authorization efforts.
• Review SSPs for networks and information systems.
• Research security vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to a coherent information security strategy and corrective actions.
• Review and analyze system/network architecture diagrams.
• Communicate security solutions for complex systems.
